Outreach Campaign — Top Band A Prospects (July 2026)

Prepared for: Utso Sarkar, Co-founder, Stamped Energy Sender identity used in all drafts: Utso Sarkar, Co-founder, Stamped Energy — IIT Roorkee energy-systems researcher (with co-founder).

What this folder is: A ready-to-send outreach kit for 34 prospects (26 original Band A + 8 strategic/industry adds). Each company has its own file with (1) company + LinkedIn, (2) the champion(s) to contact with LinkedIn + best-available email, and (3) short, curated email + WhatsApp + cold-call scripts tuned to that person’s profile.

How these were chosen

Selected on ICP v2 fit (Band A: ≥ ₹30L/month electricity, process-intensive, North India, plant/BU-level decision) plus a July 2026 industry batch (Punjab steel, PSU, plastics, SME qualify). Clusters span Uttarakhand chemical/process, Rudrapur/Pantnagar SIDCUL, NCR auto, Punjab process/steel, PSU heavy, plastics/extrusion, and SME qualify.

Email honesty legend

• (verified / ver) = published on the company website, annual report, an industry-association directory, or a lead report we already hold.
• (inferred / inf) = built from the company’s known dominant email pattern (e.g. first.last@domain) — send-safe but confirm (a quick LinkedIn message or bounce test first is wise), especially for common names.
• Where the champion’s personal LinkedIn or email couldn’t be confirmed, the file flags it and gives a verified generic inbox (or “reach via company LinkedIn / reception”) as the safe fallback.

Data-quality flags surfaced during research (read before calling)

• Otsuka Chemical — has no Kashipur plant; the factory is Kotputli, Rajasthan (DISCOM = JVVNL, not UPCL). Still a strong prospect; re-tagged in 14-otsuka-chemical.md.
• Forace Polymers — plant is Haridwar / Bahadrabad, not Kashipur (same UPCL belt).
• Clariant Kashipur — now the Clariant IGL Specialty Chemicals (CISC) JV with India Glycols; possible Site-Head transition — verify incumbent. Warm cross-intro possible via the India Glycols account.
• Vivimed Labs — recent “Unit Plant Head” hiring signal; confirm the current incumbent first.
• Mahavir Die Casters — MD changed to Karan Gupta (Jun 2024); Manekk Jain is former MD. Confirm current MD by reception before addressing by name.
• VeeGee / Shankar Moulding — champion personal LinkedIn URLs unconfirmed; verify before sending.
• Rama Oil — no exact “Rama Oil Refinery” entity; kit is Rama Cotton at Raman. Confirm vs HMEL GGSR.
• HWI / Penguin — bill-gate before sequences; likely below ₹30L/mo.
• BCCL / SAIL — strategic PSU long-cycle, not quick-close.

⚠️ Apollo MCP status (important)

The Apollo account connected here is on a free plan. All Apollo data endpoints returned API_INACCESSIBLE — People Search, People Enrichment / email reveal (people/match), and Company Search are all blocked. Only the (empty) saved-contacts list is reachable, and credit balance is intact (75 lead credits, 0 consumed) — no credits were spent. Every champion name, LinkedIn URL, and email in this campaign was sourced via web research, not Apollo. To unlock one verified email per company through Apollo, upgrade the plan at app.apollo.io, after which people/match will reveal one verified email per credit (I’ll run it on request).

The one-paragraph story every draft is built on

Stamped Energy is a software-only prescriptive layer that sits on a plant’s existing SCADA / EMS / PLC / meter + bill data (no new hardware, no PLC control writes). It turns that data into assigned actions with a rupee value — “stagger Compressor-1 and Press-Line-3 by 8 min to cut ₹X of MD this month” — routes them to the responsible person on WhatsApp, and then verifies the saving on the next DISCOM bill. Founders are IIT Roorkee energy-systems researchers. Early deployments have shown ~15–20% electricity-bill reduction within weeks of install. Entry offer: a 90-Day Bill Verification Program with clear kill criteria.

Per-persona tuning used in the drafts:

• Electrical / Utilities / Maintenance Heads → technical: MD attribution, feeder-level SEC, works on top of their EMS, read-only, no control writes.
• Plant Heads / AVPs → plant P&L + bill-verified proof + audit-ready M&V (PAT / BRSR / ISO 50001).
• MDs / Owners → ₹/month to the bottom line, margin defense vs OEM price-downs, 90-day proof, low effort on their side (WhatsApp, founder-to-founder, Hindi-friendly where apt).
